Refund policy

All Sales Final 🐾

Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or no longer needing the item.

The exceptions: we've got you covered if

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your order never arrives

In any of these cases, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at liva.pets@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. You won't need to send the item back.

Please choose carefully: Check the size guide and color before ordering. If you have questions, email us before you buy and we'll gladly help.
