Delivery time: Most US orders arrive within [5–8] business days after processing.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or delayed package? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at liva.pets@gmail.com and we'll help track it down or send a replacement.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
